Notes :
1. The rebate for early payment is presently @ 12% per annum and shall be subject to change from time to time.
2. Stamp Duty & Registration Charges shall be payable alongwith the last installment as applicable.
3. External Development Charges amounting to Rs. 334/- per sq. mtr. (Rs.31/- sq.ft.) (approximately) calculated as per current rates
shall also be paid by the Intending Allottee(s) at the time of possession.
4. Prices are subject to revision from time to time at the sole discretion of the Company.
